Shipping

Items should ship from Chicago within 2-5 business days of cleared payment on regular items. Any custom orders should ship within 5-10 days from payment. 
All items are shipped in Glamrocks box and envelope.

All US domestic items are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: items will be sent standard international mail with Insurance, but tracking is most often not reliable past the US border. Shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs. International registered mail or express mail is available with complete tracking information if desired for an additional cost.
Any loss or damaged items are protected with insurance included with your item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that I am not responsible for any additional customs fees. Every country has their own guidelines, so please check before purchasing to avoid any surprise fees when picking up your package.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales can be returned for a refund or credit within 14 days of receipt, minus shipping cost. Return shipping is responsibility of buyer. Please ship your items back to: 1057 N. Marshfield, unit C, Chicago IL 60622


Some custom orders, depending on the item may be final sale. I will let you know prior to purchase if this is the case.
I will also accept size exchanges on any knuckle rings if they do not fit.

If any returned item does not appear to be in its original condition, Glamrocks has the right to deny any refund or credit.

Gemstones and crystals in your jewelry should be worn and handled with care. Like all stones they vary in hardness and are at risk of being broken if hit or dropped on a hard surface. Glamrocks is not responsible for stone breakage at the fault of the buyer.

Certain items can not be re-sized, such as gemstone rings, but I will do my best to work with any sizing issues.
