Shipping/Returns

 

Shipping

We hand make our jewelry to order and have an average production time for us to get your order shipped of 3-5 business days. 

No matter what shipping method is selected we still need production time to make and prepare your order. 

Orders over $75 ship for free within the US via USPS standard shipping including tracking and insurance. 


All items are shipped via USPS unless another shipping service is selected at checkout.  Any loss or damaged items are protected with insurance included with your item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: items will be sent standard international mail with Insurance and tracking. Shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs. International registered mail or express mail is available with complete tracking information if desired for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that I am not responsible for any additional customs fees. Every country has their own guidelines, so please check before purchasing to avoid any surprise fees when picking up your package.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

All sales can be returned for a refund or credit within 14 days of receipt, minus shipping cost of $5 regardless of receiving free shipping on the original order. Return shipping is responsibility of buyer. All returns/exchanges must get approval before sending it back. kristen@glamrocksjewelry.com 

There will be a $5 US and $13 International exchange re-shipping fee for us to ship your exchanged items back out to you. 

All engraved items and custom orders are final sale. 

If any returned item does not appear to be in its original condition, Glamrocks has the right to deny any refund or credit.

Gemstones and crystals in your jewelry should be worn and handled with care. Like all stones they vary in hardness and are at risk of being broken if hit or dropped on a hard surface. Glamrocks is not responsible for stone breakage at the fault of the buyer.

We can not take back any jewelry that has been worn or discolored with wear.  Please refer to our jewelry care page and the care slip included with your order to insure you are taking proper care of your jewelry. 

Certain items can not be re-sized, such as gemstone rings, but we will do our best to work with any sizing issues.
